Skiadas, and his parents, Panagiotis and Irene. Stonemasons from the village of Kouzitsa were also employed. After being vacant for two decades, it showed structural problems that needed to be fixed. Around 1985, the family contracted stonemasons from Ipiros to demolish the southwest side of the house. At the same time, architect Vergos from Nafpaktos completed plans to renovate the interior of the house. The third floor consists of two bedrooms and one bath.
