Skiadas<\/strong>, and his parents, <strong>Panagiotis<\/strong> and <strong>Irene<\/strong>. Stonemasons from the village of <strong>Kouzitsa<\/strong> were also employed. After being vacant for two decades, it showed structural problems that needed to be fixed. Around <strong>1985<\/strong>, the family contracted stonemasons from <strong>Ipiros<\/strong> to demolish the southwest side of the house. At the same time, architect <strong>Vergos<\/strong> from <strong>Nafpaktos<\/strong> completed plans to renovate the interior of the house. The third floor consists of two bedrooms and one bath. An interior stairway was created to the second floor, which consists of the kitchen and a living space which opens to a lovely patio.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In <strong>2025<\/strong>, the family agreed to turn over ownership and responsibility for the house to <strong>Ted\u2019s<\/strong> son, <strong>Niko,<\/strong> and to <strong>Pano\u2019s<\/strong> son, <strong>Anthony<\/strong>, with the understanding that any member of the family can use it.\u00a0<strong>Niko<\/strong> and <strong>Anthony<\/strong> decided to renovate the basement into a small efficiency and also made additional outside improvements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is hoped that current and future generations will be regular visitors and maintain the house and
